Refunds

Refund Policy

This policy explains how we handle refund and access remedy requests for online practice bundles. Last updated: 26 May 2026.

Your consumer rights

Our online practice bundles come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major problem, cannot be provided as described, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund where required by law.

Digital access and change of mind

Because access to digital practice content is provided after successful payment, we do not generally offer refunds solely because a customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to use the bundle. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

When to contact us

Please contact us promptly if you are charged twice, purchase the wrong bundle by mistake, cannot access a paid bundle, believe the content or service differs materially from its description, or have another issue with a payment or purchase. We will review the payment and access records and explain the available resolution.

How to request a remedy

Submit a request through the Contact page or email support@schooltestpapers.com.au. Include the account email used at checkout, the purchased bundle name, the purchase date if known, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or banking details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary. Where a full refund is provided for a bundle, access to that bundle may be cancelled as part of the resolution.
